Enrolling a New Student
The custodial parent or legal guardian can register their child at Bogan's main office at 79^th and Pulaski during office hours. What to Bring?

Proof the adult is the custodial parent or legal guardian with court documentation.
Proof of the child's name and date of birth.
Proof of residency using 3 different ID's.

Bring a minimum of three (3) ID's showing the current address. One (1) of these should be a picture ID such as a Driver's License or State ID.

Credit Card Billing to the Residential Address
