We would love to add your photos to the website if they meet the following criteria:

1. They are appropriate. Only photos of Bogan students and staff in school or at a Bogan event.
   
   
2. The individuals in the photos have signed a waiver form. Click here to download a consent and release form.
   
   
3. (optional) Captions for each photo can be included. Type up the name of the photo file (i.e. 102456.jpg or football1.jpg) and type what caption you would like to accompany that photo.
   
   
4. The teacher or staff member of the event or class has reviewed the photos and approves them. The teacher/staff needs to complete a website photo form.
   
   
5. The photos need to be in digital (electronic format) and burned to a CD that will not be returned.

Once the above criteria have been met, the following things need to be turned into Mrs. Meg Venckus before the photos will be added to the website.

1. Signed photo waiver forms
2. Signed form from teacher or staff who has reviewed photos
3. Non-returnable CD with photos on it.
4. (optional) Captions for each photo.
